Please read before you book your appointment:
NO CHILDREN POLICY
Please don't bring small children. It's far too many hazards for them in our salon. ☢☠☡
Children are not safe in beauty salons; the rule is made for children's safety.
Appointments can be canceled 24 hours in advance. If a client cancels the appointment without any notice, I reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment. If a client will cancel the appointment less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is non-refundable, if the client will cancel the appointment with longer than 24 h notice deposit will be returned.
Appointments will be held for 15 minutes; after this grace period, I consider this as a "no show."
Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.
If you are sick please call to reschedule your appointment or class ( in case of course student can reschedule only one time becouse of the sickness) WE DO NOT WANT to put other client's , student's and educators, technicians health at risk by passing viruses and cold germs on them. IF CLIENT OR STUDENT ARRIVES SICK (runny nose, cough, fever etc)We reserve the right to refuse service or taking part in the course. In case of the student's they dont have chance to reschedule class as they break the rules and arrived sick and payment for class will not be refunded.
If you are not happy with your nails or lashes, please make me aware of it before you pay. I will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove coatings that have been applied.
No cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon. As soon as you have walked out of the salon door, that means that you have accepted and are happy with the service.

Please wait in your car when you arrive and i will invite you at your appointment time
Please arrive for your appointment alone
Please use hand sanitiser on arrival
Please wear face mask to your appointment.
No food and drink will be permitted during the appointment
COVID 19 LOCKDOWNS or COVID positive results
No refund ( deposit /booking fee) will be provided should any local or national restrictions be in place causing business closure or disruption
Course transfer date will be provided ( the course must be completed in one month time after restrictions are lifted).
